Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of AirFlow Pro Duct Cleaning's website and the air duct and dryer vent cleaning services we provide. By calling our dispatch line, requesting a quote, or scheduling work you agree to the conditions described below. If you do not agree, please do not book service.

Quotes and authorization

All repair work begins with an on-site diagnostic and a written, flat-rate estimate. We do not start billable work until you authorize the written estimate. Phone quotes are good-faith estimates based on the symptoms you describe and may change after a hands-on inspection; if pricing changes, we will present the revised written estimate before continuing.

Workmanship warranty

Every repair is backed by a written workmanship warranty covering installation labor for the period stated on your invoice. Parts are covered by the original manufacturer's warranty; we register parts on your behalf when the manufacturer supports it. If the same issue returns within the workmanship window we return at no labor charge and replace defective parts under the manufacturer terms.

Payment

Payment is due on completion unless otherwise stated on the written estimate. We accept major cards, ACH, and standard digital payment methods. Returned payments or chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may incur recovery fees and forfeit the workmanship warranty.

Limitations of liability

AirFlow Pro Duct Cleaning is liable only for work expressly performed and described on your written estimate. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, third-party installation defects, water chemistry imbalance after our visit, freeze damage from utility outages, or consequential and incidental damages outside the scope of the documented repair.
